Property Notepad is provided to help you take notes and organize information while touring properties during a home search. By using the app or this website, you agree to these terms.

You own the notes, photos, voice memos, and scores you create in Property Notepad. You are responsible for what you share into a workspace with other collaborators.

Property Notepad is an organizational tool. AI-generated summaries and scores are meant to help you remember your own impressions of a property, they are not real estate, financial, or legal advice. Always verify important details with your agent or the appropriate professional before making a purchase decision.

Open house listings shown in Property Notepad are sourced from the MLS via a data integration and may include address, price, and listing details supplied by the local MLS and its participating brokers. This information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed, may not reflect real-time changes, and is not an offer to sell any property. Always verify listing details with your real estate agent before making decisions.

Don't use Property Notepad to store or share unlawful content, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.

Property Notepadis currently free to use. If we introduce paid plans in the future, they will be billed either through the Apple App Store or directly on our website, as noted at the time of purchase. Purchases made through the App Store are subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement and the App Store's own terms, in addition to these terms.

We aim to keep Property Notepad available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any loss of data or decisions made using the app.

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
